In today’s world of busy lives it can be difficult to get to sleep or being able to maintain sleep can be a problem.

The person will wake the following morning feeling irritable and tired.

There can be many reasons for sleep problems including irritability anxiety and difficulties in relationships.

In order to change this  it is necessary for the conscious mind to switch off and to allow the unconscious mind to take over*.

Learning and practicing self hypnosis techniques and awaking the following morning feeling refreshed*. General attention to diet can be useful including not drinking too much coffee and alcohol late at night. Exercise can also be useful as it can change how a person can feel.
