Self Hypnosis

Is a very useful skill to learn  which can help a person to feel calm and in control in their life.

It can be helpful to practice this before an important meeting or also as a daily practice that a person can intergrate into his/her life leaving the person feeling stress free or relaxed  and picturing looking and feeling relaxed and calm thius helping the person to be more relaxed and to feel calm and in control.

In one sense all hypnosis is self hypnosis

As a safety measure  these techniques should not be done when driving or operating heavy machinery.
